Titebond Original

Type: Aliphatic resin, interior wood glue.
Ideal for: Furniture, cabinet making, biscuit joints.
Bonds: Wood, hardboard, particleboard, leather, cloth and most other porous materials.

  • Strong initial tack time and bonds stronger than wood
  • Cleans up easily with water in application or sanding when dry
  • Open/Close time 5/10 minutes, clamping time for an unstressed joint - 30 minutes/1 hour. Stressed joint - 24 hours

Titebond Extend

Type: Slower setting version of Titebond Original interior wood glue, has a longer opening time to apply and assemble.
Ideal for: Complex tasks such as curved railings, edge and face gluing. It has a higher heat resistance than Original, making it more suitable for interior applications that are exposed to higher heat; kitchens, fire surround and radiator covers.
Bonds: Wood, hardboard, particleboard, MDF, plywood leather, cloth and most other porous materials.

Titebond Liquid Hide

Type: Natural Protein Emulsion; ready-to- use, interior hide glue that doesn't require heating, mixing or stirring.
Ideal for: Furniture repair and can be used to give a unique crackling effect on wood, can also be used on cloth, or for small veneering jobs.
Bonds: Wood and Cloth.

Titebond Quick & Thick Multi-Surface

Type: Thixotropic PVA.
Ideal for: Workshop, home and craft projects. It's the thickest and fastest drying waterbased glue available.
Bonds: Porous or semi-porous materials – ideal for wood, pottery, ceramic, stone, glass, fabrics and leather.

Titebond No-Run, No-Drip

Type: Thixotropic PVA, interior wood moulding glue.
Ideal for: Finish trims or mouldings, baseboards and window casings. It’s thick and fast drying, the viscosity allows it to be used vertically and overhead.
Bonds: Wood, cloth and leather and most porous and semi porous materials.

  • Cleans up easily with water in application or sanding when dry
  • Open/Close time 5/10 minutes
  • Unaffected by finishes


Cold Press for Veneer

Type: Polyvinyl Acetate, high-quality, economical alternative to contact cement for large-scale bonding of veneers to flat surfaces as it contains none of the harmful or corrosive fumes found in most contact adhesives.
Ideal for: Specifically formulated for cold press laminating, interior use.
Bonds: Wood to solid woods, particleboard, MDF, plywood and other porous materials.

Titebond Instant

Type: Cyanoacrylates (CA) traditionally called superglue, nearly instant setting time.
Ideal for: With incredible strength and impact resistant, it can be used for a variety of applications, providing a strong, permanent bond.
Bonds: Wood, plastics, china, ceramic, glass and rubber.

Available in four forms
Thin: Handling time of 5 seconds and a setting time of 3 seconds. Perfect for running into hairline cracks for repairs and small sections of timber.
Medium: Handling time of 7 seconds and a setting time of 5 seconds. More general purpose type of CA glue.
Thick: Handling time of 10 seconds and a setting time of 8 seconds. Ideal for use on porous wood, MDF and trimming carpentry components.
Gel: Handling time of 30 seconds and a setting time of 20 seconds. Excellent gap filling properties, ideal for use on porous wood.

Exterior range

Titebond II Premium

Type: Crosslinking PVA with type II water resistance.  An interior and exterior wood glue.
Ideal for: Outdoor projects including outdoor furniture, birdhouses, planters and picnic tables as well as humid interiors. It’s FDA approved for indirect food contact, ideal for items such as chopping boards.
Bonds: Wood, cloth and leather.

  • Cleans up easily with water in application or sanding when dry

Titebond II Premium Dark

Type: Crosslinking PVA with type II water resistance.  An interior and exterior wood glue.
Ideal for: This is a dyed version of Titebond II Premium, for use on darker coloured timber. It has all of the same properties and advantages, but dries a dark brown colour.
Bonds: Wood, cloth and leather.

  • Strong initial tack time and high bond strength
  • Cleans up easily with water in application or sanding when dry
  • Open/Close time 5/10 minutes, clamping time for an unstressed joint - 30 minutes/1 hour Stressed joint - 24 hours

Titebond III Ultimate

Type: Advanced Proprietary Polymer with type 1 water resistance. An interior and exterior wood glue.
Ideal for: Outdoor projects especially in cooler temperatures. Has excellent water-resistance and is FDA approved for indirect food contact.
Bonds: Wood, cloth and leather.

  • Strong initial tack and longer opening time allows more time when aligning parts
  • Open/Close time 10/20 minutes
  • Has the ease of application of aliphatic/PVAs and the water resistance of polyurethane glue without the cleanup problems

Titebond Polyurethane

Type: Polyurethane; very strong with type II water resistance. An interior and exterior glue.
Ideal for: Bonding two different materials to each other, with an Epoxy like strength.
Bonds: Virtually anything including wood, metals, ceramics and most plastics.

  • Initial tack time of 30 minutes (non drip), short clamping time of 45 minutes. Fast setting time of 4 hours (approx.)
  • Cleans up with white spirit in application, scrape or sand off excess when dry
  • 100% waterproof (Type II water resistance)
  • Use of disposable gloves advised

Construction range

Titebond Heavy Duty Construction Adhesive

Type: Solvent based rubber-resin, designed for a wide range of construction applications that require a strong gap filling bond.
Ideal for: Interior and exterior work, used in all common building materials; provides a strong grab, fills gaps and irregularities and will remain permanently flexible.
Bonds: Wood, metal, brick, concrete, ceramics, plywood, plasterboard and treated timber.

  • Approximately working time of 10-20 minutes for a 1/4" bead
  • Clean up by scraping off dried excess with a putty knife. Remove residue with mineral spirits or equivalent solvent in application
  • Reduces the amount of nails in tasks
  • Water resistant

Titebond Heavy Duty Solvent Free Construction Adhesive

Type: Water based vinyl acrylic, solvent free adhesive. Designed to the same specification as Titebond Heavy Duty Construction Adhesive, with the added benefits of being environmentally friendly, by not containing any ozone depleting chemicals and doesn’t have a high potency smell.
Ideal for: Interior and exterior work, used in all common building materials; provides a strong grab, fills gaps and irregularities and will remain permanently flexible.
Bonds: Wood, metal, brick, concrete, ceramics, plywood, plasterboard and treated timber.

  • Approximately working time of 20 minutes for a 1/4" bead
  • Cleans up with water in application, scrape or sand off when dry

Titebond Polyurethane Construction Adhesive

Type: Polyurethane construction adhesive, with added benefits of being environmentally friendly, by not containing any ozone depleting chemicals and doesn’t have a high potency smell. Offers strength and durability.
Ideal for: Interior and exterior construction projects, fast setting even in cold temperatures with a smooth bead, fast cure and minimal shrinkage - even in near freezing temperatures.
Bonds: All common building materials, including; wet, frozen, engineered and treated lumber, metal, plastic, foam, mirror, concrete and brick.

  • Close time of 30 minutes.
