Axminster’s Business Services team will be attending the MACH 2018 exhibition at the NEC, Birmingham in April. The stand will display products from the Jet Elite, CNC Technology and Engineer Series ranges.

“We would like to introduce potential customers to some of the finest manufacturing machines on the market - the superior quality Jet Elite mills, lathes and bandsaws. Plus the team will demonstrate the Axminster CNC Technology iKX3 mill and iKC6 lathe; milling an aluminium component and turning a brass component on the lathe” says General Sales Manager Mark O’Halloran who will be heading up the team at MACH.

MACH organisers describe the event as:

...the outstanding showcase for advances in the manufacturing industry brought to you by the Manufacturing Technologies Association (MTA), a UK based trade association dealing specifically with engineering based manufacturing

The event is a biennial exhibition bringing together all the latest innovations and developments from the manufacturing technologies sectors.

At the 2016 exhibition both Halls 4 and 5 were completely sold out, attracting more than 25,000 visitors from different sectors across the whole of the UK manufacturing industry and overseas.

Bigger and better

MACH 2016 saw over 600 companies exhibiting, resulting in an incredible £150 million of business attributed to the event. The 2018 show promises to be bigger and better with new zones, innovative technologies and a vibrant seminar programme.

This year the exhibition will occupy Halls 6 and 7 plus Halls 17 to 20. The new Halls will provide one uninterrupted, single space on the same level. And so, with more entrances than before, exhibitors will have the opportunity to be even closer to visitors.
